These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Airdivit Udan Academy Pvt. Ltd. (“the Institute”) and its students, trainees, and participants. By enrolling or participating, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Enrollment and Fees

1. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed initial installment.
2. Non-Refundable Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, expulsion, or failure to attend.

2. Admission to Classes

• Permission to attend any online or offline class or any kind of online or practical traning is solely at the discretion of the institute.
• Access may be denied for any non-compliance, pending payments, or disciplinary reasons.

3. Program Changes

1. The institute reserves the right to:
   • Change schedules, instructors, or venues without prior notice.
   • Transition between online, offline, or hybrid formats based on operational requirements.
2. The institute is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.

4. Academic and Behavioral Expectations

• Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of both the institute and its associates (universities, companies).
• Misconduct or Indiscipline: Any behavior deemed inappropriate by management may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• The institute retains all rights to any intellectual property created during the course, including but not limited to:
  • Photos, videos, and other multimedia captured during classes or events.
  • Projects, assignments, or presentations submitted by students.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Course fees and related charges are subject to change without prior notice.
• Late payments may incur penalties, such as:
  • 4% surcharge per month for payments delayed beyond the due date.
  • Suspension from classes or access to resources until the dues are cleared.

7. Course Completion

• Students are required to complete the course within their allocated batch. Requests for transfers to other batches will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and management discretion.

8. Disclaimer

• The institute does not guarantee specific results, certifications, or job placements. Performance depends solely on the student’s efforts and engagement.

9. Communication

• All official communication will be sent via the contact details provided during enrollment. Students must keep their information updated.

General Terms

1. Code of Conduct:
   • Students are required to maintain professionalism and respect towards peers, instructors, and staff.
   • Any act of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will lead to disciplinary action.
2. Attendance:
   • Students are required to maintain minimum attendance as prescribed by the program guidelines.
3. Force Majeure:
   • The institute is not liable for interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or technological failures.
4. Legal Compliance:
   • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the jurisdiction of Satna courts.
5. Indemnity:
   • Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless the institute from any claims arising out of their participation in programs or activities.
